MyCellstar+Sync is a free app designed to conveniently and enjoyably use Cellstar's safety radar ASSURA and drive recorder. It is important to note that the app (ver.) is specifically designed for Android . If you are using an Android or earlier smartphone, please continue using the previous version of the app (ver.). Due to improved security measures, it is no longer possible to write data to the microSD card slot built into your smartphone. Instead, you can use a commercially available SD card reader that is compatible with your smartphone's specifications to write data. Please make sure to assign the SD card write permission to the external storage (root directory) through the app's settings. It is also important to note that this app does not support the "ASSURA main unit settings" feature. The app offers various features such as downloading the latest GPS data, real CG warning image data, public traffic enforcement information data, and highway gas station price information for free. You can download these updates anywhere without the need for a computer. Additionally, you can use the app to add content data to the standby screen of your ASSURA device. The app also includes a digital photo frame feature that allows you to convert images taken with your smartphone's camera or from your photo gallery into data that can be used on ASSURA. Furthermore, you can easily customize the opening, warning, and guidance images and sounds of your ASSURA device using your smartphone. You can register images taken with your smartphone's camera or from your photo gallery, as well as record and register sounds using your smartphone's microphone. The app also allows you to register GPS spots from internet maps on your smartphone, including images and sounds (for certain ASSURA models). Additionally, you can use the app to display driving routes on internet maps by reading and converting log data created by the driving log function of your ASSURA device (for certain models). The converted KML file can be attached to an email and sent. Lastly, the app includes a feature that allows you to easily send valuable information such as speed enforcement cameras and enforcement points to the company.
